Import your data
Setup → Import data loads items, customers, and starting stock from a spreadsheet — the fastest way to get set up without re-keying everything. See the Quick start.
Built-in connections

| QuickBooks Online | Setup → Accounting | Sends a daily summary journal entry per channel (sales, tax, fees, and cost of goods) and received purchase orders as bills. Your books stay in QuickBooks: Retailer OS has no general ledger of its own. |

For developers
Admins can build custom integrations with:
- API keys (
/setup/api-keys) — authenticate to the Retailer OS API. - Webhooks (
/setup/webhooks) — get notified when things happen in your store (HMAC-signed). - Data exports (
/setup/data-exports) — pull your data out on demand.
Audit & events
Every change is recorded — the Audit log (/audit) and the System events tab under Setup show what happened and who did it.
