Online Store FAQ

Q. Does the online store use the same inventory as my shop? A. Yes — it's the same live stock count. An online sale and an in-store sale draw down the same item at the same location, so you can't oversell.

Q. Can I use my own domain? A. Yes. Attach a custom domain under Setup → Website and the storefront serves at your own address.

Q. How do I choose what's sold online? A. Mark each item to sell online in Inventory → Items, where you can also set an online price and images.

Q. Can customers pick up in store? A. Yes — buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) and delivery options are set under Setup → Online store.

Q. Where do online orders go? A. To Sales & Orders → Online orders, alongside your in-store sales, to pick, pack, and fulfil.

Q. Do I need a separate plan feature? A. The online store requires the online-store entitlement on your plan. Check Setup → Billing.
