Connecting a channel ​

Sell on Amazon and eBay without a separate system — connect the marketplace once and Retailer OS keeps your listings, inventory, and orders in sync. Each marketplace is its own add-on ($99.99/mo).

Connect ​

  1. Open Setup → Marketplaces (the Channels tab).
  2. Choose the marketplace — Amazon or eBay — and connect your seller account.
  3. Confirm the inventory sync and price settings.

TIP

Looking for Google Shopping or Meta? Those are product feeds your online store publishes, not marketplaces — copy their URLs from Setup → Online store. See Product feeds.

Choose what to list ​

Pick which items to publish to each channel — you don't have to list your whole catalog. Each channel can carry its own prices if you want.

What stays in sync ​

  • Inventory — the same live stock count is shared, so a unit sold in-store reduces what's available on the marketplace (no overselling across channels).
  • Orders — marketplace orders flow into Sales & Orders to fulfil like any other.

NOTE

Marketplace sync is in beta. Items fulfilled by the marketplace (for example FBA) are handled differently from stock you ship yourself — check the channel settings.
