Reports ​

Reports turn everything happening in Retailer OS into numbers you can act on. Open the Reports hub and pick a view; each reports on the location(s) you have selected and updates as you sell.

The reports ​

Sales & revenue

  • Sales — revenue over time, by day, item, or channel.
  • Daily — an end-of-day summary per location.
  • Channels — in-store vs online vs marketplace.
  • Top products and Item sales — best sellers and per-item detail.
  • Payment mix — how customers paid (card, cash, gift, credit).

Inventory

  • Inventory valuation — what your stock is worth.
  • Dead stock — items not moving, so you can clear them.

Customers & AR

  • Top customers — by spend.
  • AR aging — who owes you and how overdue.

Team & counter

  • Cashier performance and Counter transactions.
  • Hourly heatmap — your busiest hours, for staffing.

Using a report ​

  1. Open a report from the hub.
  2. Set the date range and location.
  3. Read the chart and table; export where available.

TIP

Not sure which report to open? Ask AI a plain-English question — "what sold best last week?" — and it reads the same data for you.
