Reading a report ​

Every report works the same way, so once you can read one you can read them all.

Open and filter ​

  1. Open the Reports hub and pick a report.
  2. Set the date range — today, this week, a custom span.
  3. Set the location (or use the location switcher in the top bar). Multi-location stores can also use the Corp roll-up for the whole group.

The report updates as you change the filters, and reflects sales as they happen.

Read it ​

  • The chart shows the trend at a glance.
  • The table breaks it down row by row — by day, item, customer, or channel depending on the report.
  • Totals and comparisons sit at the top.

Export ​

Where a report supports it, use Export to download the table (for example as CSV) to share or open in a spreadsheet.

TIP
