Coupons & promotions
Create a coupon code customers enter, or an automatic promotion that applies when its conditions are met. Both work in POS and on your online store.
Loyalty
Define tiers and earning rules. When a customer is attached to a sale they earn automatically and can redeem at checkout — see Customers & CRM.
Gift cards
Sell and reload gift cards, then accept them as a tender in POS and online. Balances are tracked per card.
TIP
Because promotions, loyalty, and gift cards all run through the same checkout, a single sale can stack a promo, redeem points, and pay the balance on a gift card.
