Manager view & corp roll-ups
Besides the main dashboard, Retailer OS has three oversight screens under Reports & admin. Manager view is a one-page snapshot of today and of everything waiting on a manager. Corp roll-up and Corp LP rollup are for people who run more than one business in Retailer OS, and put those businesses side by side.
Manager view
Manager view (/manager) shows today's numbers and a list of things that need a manager's attention. Open it from the sidebar under Reports & admin.
Who can see it: owners, admins, and managers. It's included with every plan.
Today at a glance

These numbers cover every location in your business and refresh every minute. "Today" starts at midnight in your store's time zone.

Rows with something waiting are highlighted and move to the top. Click a row to open that screen. When nothing is waiting, you'll see You're all caught up.
Corp roll-up
Corp roll-up (/corp) compares sales across every business you belong to in Retailer OS. It's for owners of several stores that each have their own Retailer OS account. For several locations inside one business, use the location switcher and Reports instead.
Who can see it: it appears under Reports & admin only if you belong to more than one business and you're an owner or admin of the one you're signed in to. Switch businesses from the business name in the top bar. The roll-up covers every business you belong to, whatever your role in each.
- Pick a period: 7d, 30d, 90d, or YTD.
- Read the totals across all your businesses: Revenue, Orders, and Avg ticket.
- Below them, each business has a row with its orders, average ticket, gross margin, and revenue, highest revenue first.
Voided sales are left out. Margin is worked out from each item's current cost, so it can differ a little from the margin in that business's own reports.
Corp LP rollup
Corp LP rollup (/corp/lp) does the same for loss prevention: it counts flags across every business you belong to. It appears under Reports & admin on the same terms as Corp roll-up.
- Pick a period: 7d, 30d, or 90d. It counts flags raised in that period.
- The cards at the top show the Open and Confirmed flags, and a count By kind.
- Per store lists each business with its open and confirmed flags, busiest first.
Common questions
Q. Why don't I see Corp roll-up? A. You need to belong to more than one business in Retailer OS, and be an owner or admin in the one you're signed in to.
Q. Why doesn't Manager view match the dashboard? A. Manager view always covers every location. The dashboard follows the location you pick in the top bar. Both count "today" from midnight in your store's time zone.
Q. Can I pick a location in Manager view? A. No. It always covers the whole business.
