Marketplaces FAQ
Q. Which marketplaces are supported? A. Amazon and eBay, connected under Setup → Marketplaces (the Channels tab). Each is a $99.99/mo add-on. The feature is currently in beta.
Q. What about Google Shopping and Meta? A. They aren't marketplaces here. Your online store publishes a Google Shopping product feed and a Meta catalog feed; copy their URLs from Setup → Online store and paste them into Google Merchant Center or Meta Commerce Manager. The feeds come with the online store add-on — see Product feeds.
Q. Will marketplaces share my real stock? A. Yes — the same live inventory count is synced out, so a unit sold in-store reduces what's available on the marketplace, preventing overselling across channels.
Q. Where do marketplace orders show up? A. In Sales & Orders, next to your in-store and online orders, so you fulfil everything from one list.
Q. Do I list my whole catalog? A. No — you choose which items to publish to each channel, with their own prices if you want.
Q. How does this differ from the online store? A. The online store is your own storefront on your domain; marketplaces are third-party channels (Amazon and eBay). Both share the same catalog and inventory.
