Channels
| Channel | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| In-store | A sale rung up at POS. |
| Online | An order from your online store. |
| Marketplace | An order from Amazon or eBay (Marketplaces). |
All three land in the same Sales list and roll into Reports.
Sale statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Paid in full; stock drawn down. |
| Refunded / partially refunded | One or more lines returned. |
| Queued (offline) | Taken offline in the desktop app; awaiting sync. |
Online order fulfilment states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New / unfulfilled | Paid; needs picking and packing. |
| Ready for pickup | BOPIS order prepared; awaiting the customer. |
| Fulfilled / shipped | Handed over or dispatched; customer notified. |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled (and refunded if paid). |
