▶ Watch — creating a Retailer OS account end to end

Getting into Retailer OS takes about two minutes. You create an account, confirm your email, and you're dropped straight into setting up your store.

1. Sign up

Go to app.retaileros.ai/signup and enter:

1. Your name — the owner of the account.
2. Store name — what customers see on receipts and your storefront (you can change it later).
3. Email and a password (at least 8 characters).

Choose Create account.

NOTE

Invited by a teammate? Open the invite link in your email instead — it creates your account inside their store, so you skip creating a new one.

2. Confirm your email

Retailer OS sends a "Confirm your email" message from [email protected]. Open it and click Confirm your email. The link signs you in and opens your brand-new store.

TIP

Didn't get it within a minute? Check spam, or use the resend option on the sign-in screen.

3. Set up your store

Confirming drops you into the onboarding wizard — Getting started walks you the rest of the way: your first location, items, and first sale.
