Every report on the Reports page, grouped the way the app groups them. Range reports ask for a date range when you open them; Snapshot reports show the numbers as they are right now. To run and export one, see Reading a report.
Sales & revenue
Sales Report
Range. Your completed POS sales for the period, split into taxable and tax-exempt, with the tax you collected. It has key sales metrics, a Tax Analysis table, and a Daily Breakdown of transactions, sales, and tax per day. Run it monthly for tax filings.
Invoice Report
Range. Every sale and return in the period, one row each — invoice number, customer, date and time, payment mode, price, tax, total, and profit for the row. Use it to reconcile what was billed against what was paid.
Daily Report
Range — usually a single day. End-of-day reconciliation:
- Money taken in, grouped by how customers paid.
- Refunds paid out, grouped by the tender they went back to.
- Today's Totals — the day's bottom line.
- Each counter's opening and closing amounts and any mismatch.
- Store-credit activity: Credit received (what customers paid toward their accounts) and Credit payments (sales taken on account).
Top Products
Range. Your best sellers, ranked by revenue, units, or margin — switch with the buttons on the report. Totals for products sold, units, revenue, and margin, then the top 100 products with margin % and transaction count.
Item Sales Breakdown
Its own filters. Pivot POS item sales by Day, Week, Month, Warehouse, Customer, Cashier, or just Item. Filter by warehouse, customer, cashier, and one or more items, and sort by net revenue, revenue, margin, margin %, quantity sold or returned, transactions, name, or SKU. It opens on the current month to date.
Hourly Heatmap

Customers
Top Customers

Accounts Receivable
Snapshot. What customers owe you, aged into 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days, plus the total outstanding. The by-customer table shows each bucket and how old the oldest debt is; search to find one customer. See Receivables & store credit.
Inventory
Inventory Valuation
Snapshot. What your stock on hand is worth right now — quantity × cost and quantity × retail. Totals for items in stock, units on hand, cost value, and retail value (with the potential margin), then breakdowns by warehouse, by category (top 15), and the top items by cost value.
Dead Stock
Range. Items with stock on hand that haven't sold a single unit in the window — candidates to mark down, return, or stop reordering. Shows dead items, dead units, and the cost and retail value tied up in them. The list shows up to 100 items; download the CSV for more.
Vendor Performance
Range. How each supplier is doing — purchase orders in the range (received, cancelled, and pending), spend, average lead time, and on-time receiving rate.
Operations
Cashier Performance
Range. For each cashier: number of sales, revenue, average basket, voids, refunds, and refund rate.
Counter Transactions
