Online Store
Add an online store that sells your same catalog and inventory as the counter — no second system to keep in sync. Set it up under Setup → Online store and Setup → Website.
What you get
- A storefront at
store.yourdomain(or your own custom domain) showing the items you've marked to sell online. - Shared inventory — an online sale draws down the same stock as an in-store sale, so you never oversell.
- Buy online, pick up in store (BOPIS) and delivery/fulfilment options.
- Reviews & Q&A that flow back into Customers & CRM.
Setting it up
- Under Setup → Online store, turn the storefront on and set your delivery/pickup options.
- Under Setup → Website, choose your theme, pages, and (optionally) attach a custom domain.
- Mark items to sell online and set online prices and images — see Sell an item online.
- Connect Payments so customers can check out.
Sales and wholesale pricing
- Online deals: put chosen products on sale under one shareable link.
- Wholesale approvals: approve shoppers who apply for a wholesale account, so they see your wholesale prices when signed in.
Orders
Online orders land in Sales & Orders → Online orders to pick, pack, and fulfil, right alongside your in-store sales.
Product feeds
The online store publishes two product feeds at live URLs, built from the items you sell online:
- Google Shopping — paste the feed URL into Google Merchant Center as a scheduled fetch.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — paste the catalog feed URL into Meta Commerce Manager as a scheduled data feed.
Find both URLs, each with a copy button, under Setup → Online store in the Product feeds card. The URLs work once the store is published. Google and Meta re-fetch them on their schedule, so price and stock changes carry over, and each product links back to its page on your storefront.
These are feeds, not sales channels: shoppers who click through buy on your storefront. They come with the online store add-on; the marketplaces you can sell on are Amazon and eBay.
NOTE
Requires the Online store add-on ($99.99/mo) — see Payments & billing. The storefront can run on a Retailer OS subdomain or your own custom domain.
