Fulfilment & pickup
Decide how customers get their online orders, then work those orders from one screen.
Set your options
Under Setup → Online store and Setup → Fulfillment, turn on the methods you offer:
- Delivery / shipping — you pack and dispatch.
- Buy online, pick up in store (BOPIS) — the customer collects at a location.
Work an order
Online orders land in Online orders:
- Pick and pack the items (stock was reserved at purchase, so you won't oversell).
- Mark it fulfilled — shipped, or ready for pickup.
- The customer is notified automatically.
- For pickup, hand it over and mark it collected.
Returns
Handle online returns the same as in-store — open the order and use Returns & refunds.
NOTE
BOPIS is a great way to connect online and in-store: the customer buys online and often adds more when they come in to collect.
