Marketplaces

Sell on Amazon and eBay without running a separate system. Retailer OS syncs your catalog and live inventory out to each marketplace you connect, and pulls the resulting orders back into your one order stream.

Set it up under Setup → Marketplaces (the Channels tab). Amazon and eBay are separate add-ons, $99.99/mo each — see Payments & billing.

What syncs

  • Listings — the items you choose to publish, with prices and details.
  • Inventory — the same live stock count, so selling a unit in-store updates the marketplace and vice-versa (no overselling across channels).
  • Orders — marketplace orders flow into Sales & Orders to fulfil like any other.

Setting it up

  1. Open Setup → Marketplaces and connect the marketplace (Amazon or eBay).
  2. Choose which items to list.
  3. Confirm price and inventory sync settings.

Once connected, marketplace sales appear next to your in-store and online orders and roll into Reports (sales by channel).

NOTE

Marketplace sync is in beta. Fulfilled-by-marketplace (e.g. FBA) items are handled differently from stock you ship yourself — check the channel settings.

Google Shopping and Meta

Google Shopping and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are not marketplaces in Retailer OS, and there's nothing to connect here. Your online store publishes a product feed for each, and you paste its URL into Google Merchant Center or Meta Commerce Manager. The feeds come with the online store add-on — see Product feeds.
